  1.         This is a crude speech module for the ST using TDI MODULA-2.
  2. I did not write the SPEECH.EXE but only found the hooks in it to tie into.
  3. No easy job. I have included the source code for those that would like to
  4. see how it is done and improve it. also included is a demo program
  5. called SPEECH.PRG. The source for this is TALKHEAD.MOD so I guess I will
